Action Teams Up With Hope & Heroes Children's Cancer Fund

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

We are proud to partner with Hope & Heroes in helping local children and their families in their fight against cancer. Hope and Heroes funds the life-saving work on childhood cancer and blood disorders at Columbia University Medical Center.

With donations and support they are able to fund cutting-edge research, support for families, and care that always puts children first.

Why Is It So Critical?

HH give update
  • More than 15,000 children are diagnosed with cancer each year in the U.S.
  • One in four will not survive
  • Yet, pediatric cancer research receives only 4% of all cancer-related funding

Treatment & Care

Hope & Heroes works with the team at Columbia to create a treatment experience that not only gives patients their best chance to overcome their disease but also allows them to experience as much of their childhoods as possible.

Research

HH Research

The research that we fund benefits not only the children in our care but also children facing cancer and blood disorders around the country and the world.

Local Ties

The Hope and Heroes organization is unique in that the money raise from donations is used to help local children and their families in the tri-state area. You can feel good knowing that the donations made are going to use right here in your own back yard.

How Action Is Helping

For the month of September we have launched a campaign to raise support and awareness for Hope and Heroes.

Donation Match

Action will match any donations made by employees, customers, and vendors up to $20,000.
